The machine is equipped with three working stations: cleaning, waiting and filling. The two working stations are controlled separately. The waiting station is equipped with rollers.

Three Water Tanks: hot soda tank, hot water tank, mixed water tank. The hot caustic soda box and hot water box are heated by steam and equipped with a thermostat. Heating can also be turned off separately on the touch screen. 
The process parameters are controlled by Siemens PLC, with color touch screen, can be adjusted by the craftsman.

The use of pneumatic angle valve combination to ensure the safety of work. All frames, workstations, piping and valves are stainless steel. All piping and pneumatic systems are closed loop. Through strict design and production process control.
