All frames, workstations, pipelines, and valves are made of stainless steel, and all pipelines and pneumatic systems are enclosed circuits. This machine is equipped with three stations: cleaning, waiting, and filling. The cleaning and filling stations are controlled separately, and the waiting station is equipped with a drum. With manual assistance, it can quickly move from the cleaning station to the filling station, saving time and effort.
This machine is a customized product for users, designed with four types of cleaning and filling procedures: stainless steel old bucket, stainless steel new bucket (pre washing bucket), PET bucket, and space bucket (only for external cleaning and disinfection of wine spears).
